AI is a tool, not a goal. We break your processes down into hours and dollars, find where the budget leaks, and build only what pays for itself. It starts with an audit.
We've seen this often enough to name the reasons out loud.
First they buy "AI", then they look for somewhere to put it. The result is an expensive toy in the corner that nobody opens after week three.
If you don't know what a process costs today, you can't prove any effect tomorrow. The project quietly dies at the second invoice.
It was launched, no procedure was written, no one was made responsible. A month later everyone is back in the spreadsheet — and they were right to be.
A broken process running at machine speed is just faster defects. Fix the process first, add the model second.
Five working days to find out where AI will make your company money — and where it would just be an expensive toy.
Launch price for the first 10 companies. The audit fee is credited against your first implementation project.
Book the auditIf the audit finds no opportunity that pays back within 12 months, we refund the audit in full. Selling you something that won't pay off is bad business for us: you'll order a second project only if the first one made money.
Twelve tracks. The audit tells you which ones are yours — usually two or three are enough to cover a year of work.
Answers on your site, WhatsApp and Telegram in seconds, around the clock, in the customer's language. Pulls from your own database, never invents, captures the contact and hands a warm lead to your manager.
Answers routine questions from your knowledge base: terms, statuses, documents, deadlines. Escalates the hard ones to a human — with the conversation already summarised.
Transcription, scoring against your checklist, reasons for lost deals, promises your reps made. A manager sees not "320 calls" but what actually happened in them.
Invoices, delivery notes, specifications, wildly formatted supplier price lists — parsed into one structure and into your database. No manual retyping.
Search across your own documents: manuals, orders, contracts, technical cards. An employee asks in plain words and gets an answer with a reference to the exact clause.
Product cards, descriptions, landing pages, newsletters — produced in batches and in several languages, in your tone and to your template.
Batch generation of ads and creatives, search-term analysis, negative keywords, reports in money rather than clicks.
A voice agent takes the request, books the appointment, confirms the visit, works through your list. Transcript and summary land straight in the CRM.
Leads, candidates, applications, receivables: the model ranks who to call first. People work from the top of the list instead of in arrival order.
Data from separate systems is consolidated automatically, and the AI writes the commentary: what grew, what dropped and why.
Prices, assortment, new players, tenders — we deliver the changes that matter, not raw exports.
Email → request → invoice → shipment → follow-up. The routine chain runs itself; a human only confirms the checkpoints.
Two ways to earn back the investment: cut costs and add revenue. Below are model calculations based on our implementations and public rates. In the audit, the same tables are filled with your numbers.
1,400 requests a month · 3 agents · 6 minutes per request
72% handled by the assistant, agents only take the hard cases
320 documents a month · 12 minutes of manual entry each
The machine parses them, a human reviews the exceptions — around 8%
A manager samples 5% of calls — six hours a week
100% of calls are reviewed, the manager reads a 40-minute weekly digest
These are model calculations that show the mechanics, not a promise of results. Your numbers get calculated during the audit — with your volumes, rates and margins.
Very roughly. The precise number comes from the audit, based on your actual processes.
An upper-bound estimate: the real share depends on the process. A typical single-track implementation runs $3,000–8,000.
Get the exact number in an auditInterviews, process map, measurements, calculations. You get a report with numbers and a quote with fixed prices.
We take the single opportunity with the best impact-to-complexity ratio, run it on real data and measure the outcome.
We roll it out in production, write the procedure, train your people and assign a process owner.
Monitoring, improvements, a monthly report of what was saved and earned. Retainer from $390.
Every proposal comes with a payback calculation. If it doesn't pay off, we don't propose it — however much we'd like the sale.
Servers in Europe and our own GPU platform. We can build setups where data never leaves the perimeter — for those who need exactly that.
We pick the model per task and per language based on measurements, not fashion. For Armenian, for instance, the expensive model often loses to the cheap one.
Russian, English and Armenian — including Armenian typed in Latin letters, which is how customers actually write.
A one-page specification, a fixed price, a date. Changes get their own invoice — no surprises at the end of the project.
No reselling of subcontractors. Development, integrations, data and advertising all happen in-house.
Quite the opposite — that is the most common starting point. The audit shows what needs tidying up before AI and what can already be automated today. Often the first win comes not from a model but from finally having a sane data structure, and that is our work too.
It depends on the setup. The standard option is API access with no provider training on your data. For sensitive processes we build a local setup on our own GPU platform where data never leaves the perimeter. We show you the cost and quality difference during the audit.
A single track usually runs $3,000–8,000 plus support from $390 a month. The exact quote appears after the audit — before that any number would be guesswork, and we don't guess.
That is exactly why we measure the "before" and start with a pilot on one process. If the pilot misses the stated number, we don't roll it out and you don't pay for implementation. The audit is refunded if we find nothing that pays back within 12 months.
Audit: 3–5 interviews of 40 minutes plus access to your numbers. Implementation: usually 2–4 hours a week from the process owner. If a project needs constant involvement from your staff, it has been designed wrong.
No. We fit into what you already run: 1C, Bitrix, amoCRM, spreadsheets, in-house systems. If there is no system at all, we add the minimum necessary rather than migrating you to a new platform for the sake of it.
We are based in Armenia and work remotely worldwide — part of our projects are in Europe and Russia. Contract and payment can be arranged in whichever jurisdiction suits you.
We do, under a support agreement. We also hand over the procedure and train your person, so if in a year you want to run it yourself, you will have everything you need. We don't engineer dependency on purpose.
The audit shows how much your company loses to routine work and where AI pays back fastest. Five days, a fixed price, money back if we find nothing.
